Casa Desa is a luxury villa in Carvoeiro,. available to rent all year long. Ideal for larger families, groups of friends and for small golf groups/golf tours for up to 8 people.

There are 4 en-suite bedrooms and a total of 10 beds.

There is a private heated pool, cinema room, games room and a bar-b- q terrace.

Full air-conditioning and wi-fi throughout.

Casa Desa is an extremely popular villa with lots of return visits from guests and therefore the villa gets booked up very quickly in the high season. However we do make regular special offers in the low season and shoulder months, so please ask about our special offers when making an enquiry.

WELCOME...

On entering the villa there is an impressive marble staircase. In the hallway there is separate w.c.

To the left, you enter a stylish living room, furnished with two large sofas and some colourful tub chairs.

There is a fully functional wood-burning stove for the winter, a TV and for your music, an Amazon Echo, plus an extra bluetooth speaker.

The through lounge leads to an 8-seater dining table and chairs and beyond this, there are patio doors that open onto a balcony that overlooks the pool, perfect for those pre-dinner drinks.

Cinema room with extra large screen showing satellite channels and a DVD player. Fabulous, large, comfy wicker chairs. Below is the adjacent games room. All on the lower ground floor, leading out to the pool.

A good size kitchen with all modern appliances and utensils, hob, fitted oven, microwave, two fridge freezers, dishwasher and fully equipped with plenty of china, glassware and cutlery.

Further on from the kitchen is a laundry room with two washing machines and airers.

The sunshine does the rest!!

The laundry room leads out on to a large terrace with a pergola for the shade and a dining table and chairs. This is the bar-b-q area, overlooking the pool and at the side of the villa there is also enough room to play boules, if you still have the energy!
